Too Good Gourmet in San Lorenzo is holding it’s annual “Holiday Sale” at their production/baking facility every day until Christmas from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Customers can buy holiday treats such as shortbread cookies wrapped in a lime green bow, holiday mugs filled with cocoa mix and lots more.
According to co-founder and president of Too Good Gourmet Jennifer Finlay, the factor has been working 24 hours a day since August on their Christmas cookies and merchandise.
Too Good Gourmet, co-founded by Finlay and her mother Amie Watson, is a family-owned gourmet cookie, confection and specialty food mix company. Finley and Amie shared a passion for cooking together and ended up creating a $9 million gourmet cookie company.
Many well-known retail chains carry the company’s cookies, such as Safeway, CVS, Costco and Rite-Aid.
The company’s grown from producing five Storybook Cookie boxes to rolling out nine tons of dough each day and a signature ingredient not in but around the cookies themselves: unique “giftable” packaging that is truly eye-candy.
Too Good Gourmet’s factory is located at 2380 Grant Avenue in San Lorenzo.
