I go to Los Pericos in Pelton Center more often because it's convenient for me, but Guadalajara is better.

One vote for La Pinata?? My fave local restaurant but sadly I haven't eaten their burritos for a long time: there is rice in their chicken broth. Maybe next time I go in I'll just differ from my usual order (half order cheese quesadilla with all black beans) and get a burrito without rice.

Oops! I meant to say chicken broth in their rice.

Tequila Grille has an awesome chicken mole and crab enchiladas. Never tried their burrito though
