Do you need guidance in assessing the needs of a senior? The Marina Community Center in San Leandro offers appointments on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
Guidance in assessing needs of seniors, assistance in accessing local resources and support services, and wellness promotion such as tips about self-care and medication management is provided by Prevention Specialists from Davis Street Family Resource Center.
