LifeRing is a secular, self-help support group for people who want to live free of alcohol and addictive drugs.
LifeRing isn’t professionally directed group therapy and it isn’t a twelve step program. It also isn’t “moderation management”. Meetings are gatherings of people who come together to talk, to work through recovery issues and to help each other in maintaining happy, productive, sober lives.
