Over the last decade, Opera Night at Paradiso has raised over $700,000 for Davis Street's critically needed Family Support Services! The altrustic spirit of our community keeps our doors open, and this event, especially, has ensured our ability to provide an array of critical basic needs and health programs for working poor families.

This year, we humbly ask households and businesses to consider sponsoring our signature gala affair. Together on May 14th, we will celebrate Davis Street's triumphs with good company, Paradiso's delicious cuisine, live Opera performances, and other surprises ! Together we will dedicate ourselves to the mission and dream of Davis Street's work. We hope to see you at a Mid-May Night's Dream!

Please contact Michelle Musgrove 510.347.4620 ext 104 or mmusgrove@davisstreet.org to learn more the event and ticket availbility.

As previously mentioned, if there were a "shortage" of affordable housing, rather thanRead More creating a brand new ghetto in the middle of downtown SL, those tax dollars could have gone to buying up blocks of foreclosed houses and fixing them up. But you'd rather build new construction at a higher cost to taxpayers. Wonder why...

If there wasn't a demand, people wouldn't be lining up dozens deep for every unit. These will beRead More nice units, well managed. There are folks buying up & rehabbing foreclosed properties. Rowena Peñalba June 18, 2013 at 11:27 pm
