We are having an Arts & Culture Town Hall meeting on November 16, 2013, at the San Leandro Main Library from 9am to 11am. The purpose is to come together to discuss how we can enhance the arts and diverse culture of San Leandro and through the arts make our city a more welcoming and vibrant community.
