Southbound I-880 Onramp To Hwy 238 South Open After Gravel Spill
A KCBS report says traffic on 880 south is backed up.
The southbound on ramp of Interstate 880 to Highway 238 south has been reopened after being temporarily shutdown by a gravel spill, KCBS reports.
It advises motorists to use Interstate 580.
