When we think of Memorial Day weekend, we think of barbecues, pool parties and the kickoff to summer fun. But this weekend is also known for offering great steals and deals, so this week Patch is showing you the best ways to save this holiday weekend.

The Deal: If you are looking for a new family car, Memorial Day weekend may be one of the best times to purchase a new or used vehicle. In previous years, car dealers have offered some of the lowest financing rates of the year, with some manufacturers offering 0 percent financing or special leasing programs.
