Looks good for Obama

    I have a lot of problems with how the Democrats operate . While talking the good talk on issues they usually have one hand behind their back taking money from corporations who are diametrically opposed to the Democratic Party Platform and and agenda. I even don't mind the duplicity of taking the money but they should at least put some of this slimy money into building a real party . That said Obama will win.

     He'll win partly because Republicans can't help but being sadistic toward minorities and minorities are flocking to the Democratic Party.    The S  factor, the sadistic nature of Republicans politics . With Latinos , Pete Wilson got the ball rolling. The  constant rant about "illegals" only fuels the flame. With Black people they can detect racism better than anyone and when conservative pundits insult Obama with everything but racial slurs, they know where they are coming from. The Democrats have been smart and are appealing to other minorities as well. Sadism may appeal to white trash and  the WORM vote (white old rich men) but "that dog don't hunt" with the rest of the population.  

    Also the great individualist idea doesn't hit a cord with most voters. The individual capitalist myth. Most people work in large complex organizations in the U.S. and most other developed capitalist countries. Less then 10 percent are self employed. In poor countries like Mexico and India 30 to 40 percent of the population are these great self employed types. That's something the Democrat "domes" great thinkers could have talked about.  

     The other issues Dems could have torn into Romney about was the nature of Bain Capital on the point of mergers and acquisitions. It's one thing to take over a company when you're already in that field. In those situations the bigger company usually helps the smaller new acquisition giving it more advanced technology and helping its staff compete better. Romney's company was like the grim reaper coming. They usually saddled the acquisition with debt , lawyer and management fees and often chopped up the company and sold off its good parts dumping employees and pensions in the process. A merger with technology transfer was never mentioned by the "domes."  

      The government after the election will more than likely be in gridlock with a Republican House a Senate that's controlled by fillibuster foolishness and a president whose agenda is more of a dream than a reality.Put Obama will win.
