Apparel Assistant (PT)
The Apparel Customer Assistance Associate is responsible for enhancing the experience of customers and driving sales by providing proactive sales assistance and support to customers for Sears Apparel in Ready to Wear, Men's Fashions, Kid's Fashions, Baby Hardlines and Home Fashions in-store by maintaining merchandise standards, ensuring the sales floor is Ready All Day and maintaining visual displays. Responsible for providing sales assistance, customer support and help to maintain all Outlet merchandise presentation standards in Ready to Wear, Men's Fashions, Kid's Fashions, Baby Hardlines and Home Fashions, and helping to receive and price Apparel merchandise as needed. 

Education: No requirement. 1-2 years' experience. Ability to partner with other Associates in the store in order to enhance the customer experience. Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs and provide them with superior service

Apparel Processing Center Associate (PT)
The Apparel Processing Center Associate enhances the experience of our customers and supports sales by providing proactive support to the Processing Lead and Operations Manager and by safely, timely and accurately performing all apparel processing activities, including unloading merchandise, merchandise preparation and staging, outbound shipments, and daily backroom activities

Education: HS Education/diploma/GED required. Retail apparel processing experience preferred. Follows established procedures. Team lift up to 50 lbs. Teamwork. Organization skills. Knowledge of store and retail operations. Attention to detail. Attention to accuracy. Communication skills


Commissioned Consultative Sales Associates (PT)
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing positive front-line contact with the customer. Determines and meets customer's needs. Provides customer assistance and support, while selling merchandise and Protection Agreements to customers. Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring that the customer's shopping experience is positive and assists in achieving store sales.

Education: no requirement. Previous sales experience desirable. Kitchen design experience that includes use of online design tools. 
Exposure to installation and contract sales desirable. Basic Mathematical skills. Customer Service Focus. Strong drive for results.


Merchandise Processor (PT)
The Merchandise Processor is responsible for ensuring effective movement and management of inventory between the dock, testing, cleaning, sales floor, Product Repair Services (PRS), Customer pickup and delivery. This role ensures the thorough inspection and shipping of merchandise, managing inventory flow. 

Education: no requirement. Ability to lift and move at least 70 lbs. in weight to maintain flow and replenishment of merchandise. Clear and legible handwriting.
