Local business people interested in raising money are invited to a forum on Tuesday, April 17, from 8:30am to 10:00 am at the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce's in Bayfair Center.
The presenters will be Kenneth Silva, owner of KRS consulting in Walnut Creek, and Andrew Krone, VP of Sales for Marble Bridge Funding in Walnut Creek.
Silva is a commercial banking professional with over 25 years of experience in lending and credit and risk management. He is a specialist in financing to C&I, mid-market corporate, small business and real estate, and has been a senior vice president for Mechanics Bank, California Pacific Bank and Union Bank.
Krone has over 26 years of experience in finance, national and international sales management, product distribution, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and consulting.
He has been a U.S. Small Business Administration Mentor, and has been a member of the loan committee for the Northern California Small Business Financial Development Corporation.
The event is being hosted by the Chamber's Entrepreneurship Committee.
