Enjoy a fabulous 3 course dinner prepared for you by Chef Michael Schibler and his culinary students from Eden Area Occupational Program under the guidance of San Leandro’s own Restaurateur and Executive Chef Mike Wiesner, of Paradiso, Paradise Bar & Grill & Boulevard Burger with your choice of entrée’s:
- Sautéed boneless skinless chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and mushroom cream
- Grilled salmon with rice pilaf, mixed summer vegetables, and a cucumber orange relish.
