This musical version of the Charles Dickens’ novel was brought to life by a diverse and vibrant cast of community performers.

The show was directed by Catherine Heck with musical direction by Jon Siapno and Choreography by Dallis Wright-Morash (all of San Leandro).

The production features Kevin Foley (Castro Valley) as Ebenezer Scrooge, Rebecca Sulek (San Leandro) as the Ghost of Christmas Past, Ron Ramos (San Leandro) as the Ghost of Christmas Present, Teresa Attridge (San Francisco) as the Ghost of Christmas Future and Kyle Herrera (San Leandro) as Tiny Tim.

Rich vocals, elaborate sets, dramatic staging and lush costume design transport the audience to Dickens' London.

The Arts Education Center provided the perfect venue as awe-inspiring special effects were introduced including flying ghosts by ZFX Flying Illusions and a look at Scrooge’s past, present, and future through a “portal” lighting effect.

“The cast and crew’s months of hard work truly paid off,” said Andrea Gorham, CCPA Co-Founder and Artistic Director.
