Last week's picture puzzle (attached) was correctly identified by Matt Costa as the church on Dowling Boulevard.
Mike Katz-Lacabe, putative "Where" champ, was more precise.

He commented that it is the Bay Area Eritrean Orthodox Church at 301 Dowling Boulevard, formerly the Broadmoor Community Church.
He also noted that it repeated the "Where in San Leandro" from May 14, 2011.
Last week's picture was offered by Tim Holmes of Zocalo Coffeehouse. He also furnished the wide view of the church that is attached.
