• Oakland Zoo Lights. Hundreds of thousands of LED lights brighten night sky. Highlights: candy cane lane themed rides area, a nighttime adventure on the Outback Express train, Christmas trees in the Children's Zoo, and a light show that's sure to blow out any bah-hum-bugs. 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.  ZooLights is a separate event and is not included in regular Zoo Admsission.
