- San Leandro’s 62nd Annual Veterans Day Observance. 11 a.m. Military flags, service banners, a Color Guard presentation, flag raising for deceased veterans. Honoree is Margaret Edmund, who passed away in April at 100 years of age, and was long-time San Leandro resident and WWII nurse. Event is free,open to public. Light refreshments.
- Piedmont Youth Skills Clinic - Held by PHS Women's Basketball. Annual event on Veterans Day. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for kids 5 to 18.
- Ribbon Cutting -Porky's Pizza Palace 50th Anniversary Celebration for San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. 5:30 p.m.
- Story Time with Muriel Johnson. BayFair Center. 11 a.m.
- Pacific Boychoir Academy Open House. For prospective families 6:30 p.m. Oakland.
- Senior Moments. San Leandro Chamber of Commerce. If your business is interested in doing business within senior community or providing senior services, consider attending this monthly meeting.
- Porky's Pizza Palace 50th Anniversary Customer Appreciation Event Porky’s family will be showing their appreciation to the community by selling large cheese pizzas for $1 from 5 pm. until supplies last, just like Porky’s did back in the good old days.

- Community Meeting with Alameda County Supervisors Nate Miley and Wilma Chan. Hayward. Opportunity to help shape the Eden Area for next five years. Those attending will have the opportunity to vote on Public Safety & Realignment, Education, Agriculture and the Environment, Governance, and Economic Development.
