Trivia Bee Challenges Teams To Name This Moon

24 teams competed Friday night and helped raise over $10,000 in this 19th annual event to support the San Leandro Library's program to teach adults to read.

 

The Project Literacy Tutors and Learners edged out defending champs, Friends of the Library Gift Shop, in the 19th Annual Trivia Bee Contest, helping raise over $10,000 for this library reading program, reports the San Leandro Bytes blog.

The Mayor and City Council team placed third of the 24 teams that competed in a Friday event stirred by a controversy about the name of Neptune's largest moon, reports Bytes, which has a fuller list of the contestants -- and the correct answer.
