Former San Leandro High School student Sienna Stevenson is looking for a little hometown help.
The young college student hopes to fly to Haiti in June with a relief organization called Random Acts.
She wants to help finish building an orphanage for the children of Jacmel through a program called Hope 2 Haiti.
The town was devastated during the 2010 earthquake.
Stevenson must raise $5,000 to go on the trip.
All the money she raises goes straight to the Jacmel Children's Center.
She will pay for all her own travel expenses.
So far she has raised about $4,200, leaving her $800 shy of the goal with just a few weeks to go before the deadline.
