Library Offering Free Technology Help

The new Tech Drop In Lab will be available from 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, July 16.

The San Leandro Public Library is pleased to announce the launch of a free technology help program, the Tech Drop In Lab, designed for all ages and offering assistance using cell phones, digital cameras, tablets, laptop computers, other mobile devices, operating systems, and OverDrive, the Library's ebook service.

The library has trained volunteers ready to offer one-on-one assistance. All sessions are drop-in with no reservations necessary. Those seeking assistance are asked to bring in their tech device, power cords, and user manuals, if available.

The Tech Drop In Lab will be available from 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, July 16. The program will be held at the San Leandro Main Library, 300 Estudillo Avenue.
