A hike for East Bay mothers of babies and toddlers will be held December 30 at 10 a.m. in Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland.
The event is being sponsored by East Bay Moms, a group of approximately 50 mothers from throughout the East Bay who get together weekly to hike and picnic with their young children. They also host Moms Nights Out and plan other family-friendly activities to do together.

The first meeting is free. There is a $90 annual fee to become a member of the group which includes participation in all club activities and its newsletter and calendar.
