The wind storms may be dying down but they have dealt San Leandro at least one more blow knocking down a power line near Burrell Field.
The utility says the outage occurred at 2:33 a.m. Friday, leaving up to 500 customers without power.
The estimated time of repair is 10:30 a.m.
