Disabled man shot in San Lorenzo

Alameda county sheriff's department shoot another disabled person.  When are reporters going to start doing their jobs?.  They seem to be the mouthpieces for the sheriff's Dept.  Their spokes man JD Nelson always seems to come on the seen and justify the actions of the deputies.  Perhaps to cover up their lack of training in de- Escalating a situation.  They behave like out of control cowboys.  These are people in crisis!.  Someone needs to start a tally of all the disabled people they have shot and wounded of killed.  Trained, compassionate officers do not handle situations this way.
