The spire at Washington Elementary.

San Leandro is known for its Spanish style architechture such as this roof feature.

Mike Katz-Lacabe correctly identified the spire at Washington School in last week's photo. Councilwoman and former school board member Pauline Cutter also identified the feature.

Thanks to Tim Holmes, who took the picture.
